Chicken Teriyaki
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken thighs (or 200g chicken steaks)
- 2 tablespoons of soy souce (don't have white vinegar...)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Optional: 2 cloves of garlic
- Flour
- Rice (as a side)
- Sesame seeds (as a topping)
- Japanese mayonnaise (as a topping)

Microwave Mochis
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of rice flour
- Strawberries (or some other filling)
- Starch

Pizza Toast
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of toast
- Optional: tomato or salami slices
- Gratin cheese
- Ketchup
- (Japanese) mayonnaise
Recipe:
Yoghurt / Apple Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 200g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 150g yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- 200ml milk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 apples
Recipe:
Mix all ingredients. Cut the apples into small pieces and add them to the dough.
Pour everything into a frying pan to create one big pancake or create smaller pancakes.
Lemon Cake (Easy Mode)
Ingredients:
- 350g butter
- 350g sugar
- 350g flour
- 6 eggs
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Frosting: - 1 lemon (juice)
- 300g powdered sugar
Recipe:
Just mix everything together and put in the baking oven at 150°C for 20 to 25min. Mix frosting cover the finished cake with it.
